It’s already started!

• House #1 – Construction is officially complete, and Elmwood received the keys on November 1st, 2023. Residents will move into their home in January 2024.
• House #2 & #3 – Construction is nearly complete, and Elmwood anticipates receiving keys January 1st, 2024, allowing residents to move in Spring of 2024.
• House #4 – Construction has begun, and Elmwood anticipates getting keys early Fall 2024, with residents moving in prior to the end of the year.
• House #5 & #6 – Awaiting government funding approval. More details to come.
