Holly began her career with Elmwood in 2007 and has served as both a Direct Care Staff as well as a Group Home Manager. In Holly’s current role as the Community Home Coordinator, she builds meaningful relationships with Elmwood’s amazing employees to support their continued growth and development. She recognizes that Elmwood delivers its supports and services for people and by people through training and mentorship.

Through Elmwood, Holly found her passion for serving people. She believes that Elmwood provides residents with amazing support and opportunities and that this enriches the lives of the individuals Elmwood serves.
